Surveying services were provided for the $100-million expansion project at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla. USKH’s scope of services included: control surveying, topographic surveying, volume calculations, calculations and layout for site improvements, site grading, underground utilities, and building foundations. Calculations and layout were provided for precast concrete panel placement, joist and truss support imbeds, and structural steel connection layout.
