You will provide advanced technical support to senior engineers in the development of design concepts. You will explore design alternatives and support the PE's in their responsibility for accuracy, thoroughness, and quality of structural documents. Responsibilities require the ability to ascertain that code requirements and foundation conditions are met. You may review structural shop drawings for compliance with construction documents.

Minimum Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have graduated from an Accreditation Board for Engineering Technology (ABET) college or university with a degree in civil engineering and professional registration as an engineer-in-training. 0-3 years of A/E experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of structural engineering and principles is desirable. Working knowledge and experience using computer-aided design and drafting software is essential.
