Summary of Position (general responsibility and purpose):

Responsible for managing and coordinating projects from pre-bid stages through final completion and close-out date. The purpose of this position is to provide clients with construction administration services to insure projects are in accordance with plans and specifications at the pre- and post-bid stages of construction.


Responsibilities and Essential Functions: B.A. or B.S. with eight years field specific or field related experience. Experience using CAD, Microsoft Office.
