We have an immediate opportunity for a leadership-oriented professional to lead our Human Resources group.
Job Description
This position develops and implements Human Resource policies and programs for the entire company, including but not limited to: employment recruiting and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health, employee services, organizational planning and professional development. This position originates human resource practices and objectives that will provide a balanced program throughout all departments, as well as the entire company. Acts as company liaison for employee questions and concerns. Reports to the CEO and advises executive management on Human Resource issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources. 8-10 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity with extensive knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development. PHR or SPHR preferred. Great administrative skills to include high proficiency in Word and Excel programs. Strong management skills. Experienced working with multiple departments.
