The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to work in a technical and managerial capacity on multiple concurrent projects. The individual will assist with regulatory research, data collection and analysis, and the preparation and review of various technical documents or document sections including environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, wetland delineation reports, and permit applications. The individual will attend agency/public meetings as required. The position requires client interactions and some assistance with business development and proposal preparation. Project work may involve some travel for meetings and fieldwork.
Minimum Requirements:
B.S. in Natural, Social, Environmental, Earth Sciences or Engineering from an accredited college. Experience in environmental consulting, project permitting and impact analysis is desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Other required qualifications include software skills with MS Word, MS Project, MS Access and MS Excel.
