On the surface, USKH might look like your average architecture and engineering firm. It’s what’s below the surface that sets us apart. Our company is invested in each and every employee’s well-being and success. To this end, we endeavor to make professional development opportunities available, actively search for ways to promote wellness while working, and ensure that each new employee has a mentor to count on for advice, feedback, and a coffee break every now and then.

9-80 Plan – how do you feel about a three-day weekend…every other week? If this sounds like something you might be interested in, you can sign up for our optional 9-80 plan – this means you work 80 hours in nine days, and get the tenth day off. Most of us love the flexibility of this plan for extra time with our families, vacations, or just kicking back and getting to sleep in one extra day.
Wellness Program – as a company, USKH is committed to employee wellness. To us, wellness is a healthy balance between work and life, as well as physical and mental health. To this end, USKH sponsors a yearly health fair, which offers a free general health check up as well as information on managing stress, diet, and time. We also participate in community events and sponsor sports teams for our employees.
USKH Academy – USKH offers weekly lunchtime academy classes where co-workers or guest speakers present on a number of topics ranging from corporate ethics to the newest product information available for design. USKH is qualified to provide continuing education credits technical staff.
